Function

This automatic production line is capable of automatically completing 8 main processes, including battery dusting, battery code detection, battery fitting into plastic boxes, battery cover assembly, battery putting into box, automatic labeling, automatic scan barcode, automatic packing. And 3 peripheral processes, including opening inner box, opening outer box, box packing. 

All 11 processes can be finished automatically, workers only need to feed the machine with carton, plastic box, plastic cover, carton cover, label and packing tape according to the machine’s prompts, The production line can be operated in full automatic mode without downtime when feeding packing materials. 

The automatic production line is intelligently controlled by computer,  any malfunction will cause the machine automatically stop and thus protect machine from damage, and it can diagnosis and indicate the reason of failure automatically, after troubleshooting it can be running again immediately.
